Your vision,
engineered.

We assemble bespoke teams of senior contract engineers and build the software your business actually needs — from the first line of code to the long-term care of a system you depend on.

Services

From creation to continuity

Four different ways to work with us.

01

Resourcing

Custom-assembled teams of expert engineering contractors, matched to your stack and your deadline.

02

New builds

Greenfield software, taken from a vision and a whiteboard to a system in production.

03

System review

An honest read on the platform you already run — what is holding it back, and what to do first.

04

Maintenance

Keeping what you depend on current, secure and fast, long after the launch.

Expertise

Bespoke engineering teams

We form teams of top-tier contract engineers around the shape of the work — platform specialists where it runs deep, generalists where it runs broad. No bench to fill, no seats to justify.

You get one accountable team, a schedule you can see, and engineers who have shipped this kind of system before.

Cloud & platformArchitecture, migration and ongoing operations across the major cloud platforms.
Web & mobileCustomer-facing products and the internal tools that run behind them.
Data & integrationPipelines, APIs and making systems that were never meant to talk, talk.
ModernisationUntangling legacy platforms without stopping the business that depends on them.

We hire for depth in the technologies your system already runs on — so the stack follows what you are building, not a list we hand you.

How we work

Small on purpose, structured to deliver

Transparency is the first of our values, so here is the model in full — including the parts most consultancies leave out.

A senior engineer leads, start to finish

One technical director, accountable for the architecture and the outcome, in your timezone — not a sales lead who disappears after signing.

The team is assembled per project, not per contract

We hold no bench, so you don’t pay for one. When a project needs a specialist we bring in a specialist; when it doesn’t, we don’t inflate the team to justify a rate card.

Delivery is distributed across Australia and Brazil

We work through established software companies in Brazil — firms with their own hiring standards, their own senior engineers, chosen in person rather than from a directory. The overlap is your morning against their afternoon, so work moves overnight with a live handover window every day.

AI accelerates the work, it doesn’t replace the judgement

Our engineers and our partners’ teams use AI tooling to move faster on the parts of the job that reward speed. Every line of it is directed, reviewed and owned by a named engineer — we don’t ship code nobody understands.

One contract, one accountable party

You engage WONDRATECH, an Australian company. IP assigns to you, and data residency is agreed before a line of code is written.

After launch, it’s your call

Keep us on and the people who built it keep it running, secure and current. Prefer to bring it in-house or move it to another team? We hand it over properly — documentation, walkthroughs and as many sessions as it takes for your engineers to own it with confidence.

The team

Adaptability is the point. The team that starts your project is the team your project actually needs — sized to its complexity, not to our headcount.

Core values

Five values, one for each stone

They are in our logo because they decide how we work, not because they read well on a page.

Transparency

Open, honest communication at every stage — including the parts that are hard to hear.

Commitment

We treat your success as the measure of ours, from kickoff to long after handover.

Collaboration

The centre stone: we work with your people, not around them.

Quality

Excellence in every project we take on, held to a standard we set ourselves.

Innovation

Continuously exploring new technologies and approaches to keep you ahead.
